On a recent buying trip.......when I should have been searching for goodies to fill the shop..........guess what I was doing instead. Do you love old houses like I do?? One of my favorite things to do is drive through the historic district of any town and drool over the old homes. They have sooo much more character than any of today's houses.
What fun it'd be to decorate one of these great old homes with antiques. Sighhhhh..........
Yes, I would love to live in one of them. But it would have to already be in ship shape. Love all of these! Where are they?
ReplyDeleteAmy, I think this was on a buying trip to Hazel and Cadiz, Kentucky. I looove old houses, so had to stop to take pics.

Love those old homes. I was trying to pick a favorite, but they are all wonderful. Also, enjoyed your previous paint projects. What a great blue color! Linda

ReplyDeleteCandy...I'm so glad you came to visit me! Where in TN do you live? My big sister is opening a shop in Dickson, TN, this Saturday! PLANTATION WHITE (Google it!).
ReplyDeleteI've found a similar framed print to the one I showed on my blog today and turned it into a mirror. Because of it's size it cost me $75 for the mirror to be cut. WHAT? This time I'm doing the chalkboard! I'm sooo excited!
What a great blog you have! Love the pics...love the chalk paint projects, too! xoRebecca
This is great! I seriously think that the next to last house and the one before that is in my hometown! It's a gorgeous house....I could be wrong but it looks very similar!!!

ReplyDeleteI've very little expertise in coding however I was hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyway, if you have any ideas or techniques for new blog owners please share. I know this is off subject however I just wanted to ask. Cheers!
