Okay......here's the AFTER on this one. To see the before and how I acquired this little table, click here.

Then, I gave it one coat of the same 'pink' that I used in this post.
After that dried, I painted a second coat using the turquoise I had specially mixed.
Annnnd, after THAT dried, I gave it some serious distressing using my Mouse sander by Black and Decker.
Last step? Brush Minwax Special Walnut over the entire piece. Then quickly wipe it off using a soft cloth.
Now, just let it dry again. Sometimes this takes a couple days since the Minwax is oil base.
Didn't it turn out TOOO CUTE. Love, love, love me some auctions. Gotta go back soon.

Thanks Robin. It was kind of a 'happy accident'. Now I want to do a large piece in those colors. And, the little lamp has a mate. They are a sweet pair.
